OK so this is not really my skeleton, but I reckon my skeleton is getting to be pretty much perfect. I have courtesy of Jean been going to her Chiropractor this week and after only 2 sessions my back feels better than it has in years.
I feel taller and can walk straight. This guy is amazing . So if anyone has back issues go see a chiropractor , I know maybe not suitable for everyone but he has been brilliant for me and also for Jean.
Life here is quite quiet at the moment , I am sure that will change in October looks like Liz is coming home for a bit when her degree is finished can't wait , I know Chris & Hannah will be pleased to see her as well.
