E is for Eleven

MM It's that time of the week again and I have to say I have been thinking about E for a week. But it has taken me all day to come up with a way to put it on paper.
When I thought of things begining with E I came up with lots of things so decided to select a few then realised that eleven was a good number as it begins with E.
So here goes in no particular order.

Elizabeth 23
This is my 2nd daughter she is a fun loving paediatric nurse in Leeds.

Eggs

Now I don't know about you but I love eggs . I especially like them boiled softlywith soldiers of toast.
Eggs are such a versatile food . The only way I really do not like them is hard boiled unless they are heavilly disquised In my Aunt Pat's Potato salad.

English

As you may have guessed I am English not British English. There is a difference. As there is a difference in the way we spell some of our words as opposed to the way my American cousins spell them for instance
Colour  becomes Color
Mum becomes Mom
Just two of the many differences
The biggest I guess is that the English can make Tea the Americans have not really mastered it. We have always taken tea bags over to my Aunt when visiting .

Easter

I said earlier these were in no order but I guess this should be 1st as Easter is so important to me as a Christian. Yes I love the chocolate and egg hunts and everything but there is  more than that God gave his only son to die on the cross for you and me.

Elephants

This is one of the most amazing animals on the planet and I love them. ]
Thats all tghere is to say about them really.

Experience

my next offering is experience and this is something that I want to make the most of to experience all I can of the world around me both near and far.

Eternity

Now this is just a word that basically means forever but I just like it. And for some reason this picture seemed a good one

Eyes

I am extremely thankful that although not perfect my eyes work
I can see the beauty of the world around me the smiles on my childrens faces and know howhow a person might be feeling just by their eyes.

Eating

Now eating when you have 4 children is quite lively especially when they all come home with either friends, other halves. When we are all together there could be a minimum of 9 off us around the table what fun. This was a brunch gathering.
Ecumenical

I like this word for the meanings below.
1 : worldwide or general in extent, influence, or application

of, relating to, or representing the whole of a body of churches b : promoting or tending toward worldwide Christian unity or cooperation

Well I think that is everything I can think of for E that is extremely exciting or not as the case may be.

I suppose I would end with Enviroment but I cant as that would be more than eleven.

Loved reading your post. We have 5 kids still living at home - dinner time at our house is QUITE noisy! I can only imagine what it will be like when they're bringing home friends and significant others!!!

all great E words, I like eternity and also I do like how the English has their own way of spelling certain words, I actually do prefer colour but somehow always end up spelling color
