Saturday Centus 9

Oh my gosh we are at week 9 already and here I am taking part in another Saturday centus under the watchful eye of Jenny Matlock, please call by and read the other contributers and Have a great 4th of July.

WEEK 9 PROMPT

It's been 18 months since my graduation I'm now a teacher, Rebecca has graduated to Junior school . Dad stipulated that £5,000 of my inheritance was to be spent on something that I could keep forever as a reminder of my parents I waited until I was in my first permanent job and here I am at Tiffany's in New York on independence day 2010

“Are you sure that's the one you want?"

I felt a little lump in my throat as I peered down at my choice, held tightly in my hand. I didn't think this would be so nerve-wracking. Was I making the wrong decision? I couldn't agonize over this any longer.

I took a deep breath before managing to say, "... Yes, it is."

I chose the letter lock charm bracelet and 26 letters. Thanks Mum & Dad perfect for a teacher, Happy 4th July Love you . We go to Times Square and release a balloon to them.
