I have missed Saturday centus and Thursday Rainbow school .
Well I have not been sitting around watching TV.
I am now involved in 3 after school clubs and they take planning.
I have also been blessed with a glutt of tomatoes from my own plants ( grown by AJ) and from AJ.
Anyway I have just made a big pan of homemade tomatoes sauce for Pasta etc.
When I got home from my secret mission today ( all will be revealed on Dec 4th) I set to on making sauce from scratch.
I am waiting for this to cool then freezing ready for next time I need sauce.
Just off now to Blanche and freeze a ton of runner beans
